http://www.riaclu.org/20070206.html; This would be an article regarding Rhode Island College, RIC, and their current status on how the US Constitution doesn't apply on college grounds since they aren't a gov't agency or agency employees. On one hand, I see their point - if it's private property, they can technically create rules that inhibit free speech and other constitutional rights. Heck, even gov't property does this in many cases - schools, military bases, etc. On the other hand, I'm assuming that RIC will expect students to abide by laws of the state... and they'd expect government employees to come fix the situation if there was a bomb threat or something similar. Those involve should probably consider carefully the ramifications of their actions. Others planning on attending RIC should probably consider it as well.
